  I was a Asda customer for over 30 years but when Morrison`s came to Bargoed I switched to them, The staff I find hard working and very helpful and polite and they go out of their way to help. The Butchery and Fish counters are great . Prices are lower than Asdas and the quality is higher. I have worked in the grocery trade myself so I have knowledge of the Trade.

  At long last Bargoed has a decent supermarket. Good parking either underground or one level up outside the stores main entrance. The supermarket has a wide choice of food either prepared or cooked on the premises. Good idea to have a market stall type area to buy freshly cooked pies, pizzas etc. The staff are friendly, it makes it a pleasure to shop but checking out is a bit slow + get some sauces to go with duck Mr Manager

  Plenty of parking available, although the underground parking can attract alot of the younger generation, so park at your own risk etc. Very large sized store, not particularly well signed whilst inside the store though. Very limited vegetarian options on the chiller section. Pasta/salad bar is OK. The in-store cafe not the best, you can be in for a substantial wait at times, not as clean as it should be either for a restaurant.

  Good clean store and very helpful staff the only draw back is that a van will not go in the car park or can't go under the store due to hight restrictions so u got to park away from store and get wet if it rains would be a 5 stars
